This year, Mazda celebrated its 100-year anniversary. This is quite the accomplishment and not something that is easy to do! To celebrate, the company decided to create a 100th Anniversary Special Edition Mazda MX-5 Miata. Will the 100th Anniversary Special Edition of the Mazda MX-5 be available in the United States? What will the 100th Anniversary Special Edition Mazda MX-5 look like?

The exterior of the Special Edition Mazda Miata will be stunning, to say the least. It will have the option of either a special red soft-top or a retractable fastback (RF) roof. The exterior color will be a Snowflake White Pearl Mica that has red accents throughout. In the front, you will find a special badge that says “100 years 1920 – 2020” along with wheel center caps that have a special 100th Anniversary logo.  Inside, drivers will find the same unique 100th Anniversary logo on the headrests and the same badge that is on the fender will be on the floor mats. To wrap it all up, the key fob will have a 100th Anniversary Special Logo on it.

How much power will the 100th Anniversary Special Edition Mazda MX-5 have?

This fun and exciting vehicle is using the 2020 Mazda MX-5 Grand Touring as its base. As a result, you will find a 2.0-liter SKYACTIV®-G engine that produces 181 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque under the hood. In addition, for those who like the choice, there is a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters available.

When can we expect to see the Special Edition Mazda MX-5 in the United States?
